At Fiora Wears, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Intimate wear (e.g. undergarments, bodysuits) for hygiene reasons

  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer care team will guide you through the return process.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message.

  • If approved, you may choose between:

    • Store credit

    • Exchange for another item

    • Refund (if applicable, and only to original payment method)

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost to you

  • Returns sent without prior notice or approval will not be accepted.

  • Fiora Wears reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
